This class lived up to its statement of "We will teach you what you need to know to pass the State Exam" I trusted in that and caught on to the way of thinking needed to answer those questions without getting TRICKED by the POSSIBLE answers provided. Passing IS better than perfect when it comes to the State Exam!!

...4 days after passing the class final exam, I passed both the national and state exams. Previous to enrolling in this class, I had signed up for an online, independent study course. For me I found that it was too hard to stay motivated through that method and some of the concepts are hard to understand on your own, that's why I ended up enrolling in thiss class...

Even though all of our classes were via ZOOM, I had no problem learning and digesting the material presented. Elliot's presentations, wry sense of humor, and excellent explanations of what could have been very confusing content really helped me to grasp the subject matter. (And there is quite a bit to learn AND understand!)

I decided at the last minute in July of 2018 to fly to Honolulu to study for a real estate license. I chose this school because of the small class size and the class schedule. I made the right choice! Elliot is GREAT! He is very knowledgable about the Hawiaian law and how to take the exam. I learn by asking questions and Elliot was VERY patient with me. Previously I was licensed as an attorney in Colorado and a real estate agent in Pennsylvania. The exam in Hawaii was much more difficult than I anticipated. Fortunately I passed both parts of the exam on the first try because of the quality of this course.

Live Online

All classes are done in a live, online format. Instructor-led, students are able to attend class from anywhere while still being able to interact real-time to get questions asked and answered.

Technology

-An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)

-Speakers and a microphone – built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth

-A webcam or HD webcam - built-in, USB plug-in, or: An HD cam or HD camcorder with a video-capture card Note: See the list of supported devices.

-Virtual camera software for use with broadcasting software like OBS or IP cameras Note: For macOS, Zoom client 5.1.1 or higher is required.
