GRADING AND STANDARDS

The Certificate of Completion is required to take the State Exam. The course final exam minimum score of 70% is required on both the Uniform and State portions of the exam. The course final exam consists of the general practices of real estate and the state Laws pursuant to real estate practices in Hawaii. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions. Students who do not score 70% or better on both Uniform and State portions of the exam must retake the entire exam. Students who fail to pass the course final exam as prescribed above may retake the course final exam as follows:
First retake - No Charge
All subsequent retakes - $75.00

Full refunds will be provided to any student wishing to withdraw prior to the first class. Registration and textbook fees are not refundable. Once class begins, students agree to notify the school in writing of any withdrawals. Refunds will be available up through the 3rd day of instruction on a prorated basis. No refunds will be given after the 3rd session. Students who drop out without notice will automatically forfeit any refund. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all cancellations. Textbooks may be returned in new, unmarked condition for $25. Premier Real Estate Academy reserves the right to cancel any class that does not have a minimum of 10 students enrolled.
